Owned and operated by master jeweler Loukas Kongos, Capricorn Jewelry was established in 1989 and has had 30 years of service in the Florida Keys and Key West. Loukas Kongos comes from a long line of jewelers from Athens Greece, bringing techniques from the old country and combining them with the new.
